Finding a Property To Rent

Viewings can be conducted by appointment and the speed at which you can view will depend on the property itself. Some will have tenants in that need 24 hours notice, others we will hold the key and can take you the day you register. Once you've identified a suitable property and supplied us with details of referees, references will be applied for and your information will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance.

Tenancy agreement/Fees

Once the landlord confirms that they would like to proceed we will draw up the relevant paperwork, forming an agreement to be signed by both parties.
